This policy explains how Trident Event Group Inc. ("Trident", "we", "us"), which operates Trident Photobooths, collects, uses and protects personal information through tridentphotobooths.ca. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information we collect
- Inquiry and booking details you give us through our inquiry form, by email or by phone: your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or location, guest count, the services you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Event content such as photos and videos captured by our booths at your event, and the contact details guests enter to receive their photos by SMS or QR code.
- Website usage information collected by analytics tools, such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. These tools use cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry, check availability and prepare a quote.
- To plan, confirm and deliver your booking, including custom templates and photo delivery to you and your guests.
- To send booking-related messages such as confirmations, invoices and event reminders.
- To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses analytics tools that set cookies to measure traffic and usage in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers we need to run our business and deliver your event, such as our booking/CRM software, payment processors, email and messaging providers, photo delivery and hosting services, and analytics tools. Retention
We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or anonymize them.
